Corporate Strategic Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Identify business challenges and develop strategic initiatives to support operational efficiency and growth.
  • Corporate Operations Support: Provide guidance and support to group companies to ensure alignment with HQ standards and regional best practices.
  • Governance and Compliance: Develop and maintain governance and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain internal policies that promote consistency and operational effectiveness.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and facilitate key meetings, including Board of Directors (BOD), Annual General Meetings (AGM), and regional-wide meetings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between HQ and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Research and Financial Analysis: Conduct market research and financial analysis to support strategic planning and business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience: In corporate planning or related functions with experience managing subsidiaries at a Regional HQ or Global Headquarters.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: With broad knowledge of corporate operations, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical, logical thinking, and quantitative skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Converse in both English and Japanese, as you'll work closely with senior management and stakeholders based in Japan.
