Strategic Business Growth Leader

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and leading sales, marketing, and customer service teams to drive growth. You will also manage corporate development projects, conduct market research, and oversee project tendering, budgeting, and contract negotiation.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow company reach and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, distributors, and partners
  • Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams to drive growth
  • Manage corporate development projects such as joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, investments, and strategic planning
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in renovation, construction, or related industries
