Strategic Planning and Development Leader

 

  • The strategic planning and development leader is responsible for driving and supporting the company's medium and long-term strategy, as well as monitoring and evaluating its implementation.
  • They will work closely with the company's Strategy team to develop and update long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.
  • In addition, they will lead cross-functional teams to promote the implementation of strategies and ensure consistency and synergy among departmental objectives.
  • Progress of strategy implementation will be monitored, and directional changes advised based on market and environmental changes.
  • Senior management will be supported in the development of the annual business plan, including KPI/AOP goals and budget plans.
  • Regular high-quality and impactful reports and updates will be provided to Senior Management.
  • Market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs in the semiconductor OSAT industry will be analyzed, and strategic advice provided to the management team.

 

  • Bachelor's degree or beyond, with experience in the semiconductor OSAT industry or related fields. An MS/MBA in Business/Finance/Analytics is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning and BD related to the semiconductor industry. Investment banking knowledge and experience are a plus.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics, technological trends, and industry standards in the semiconductor OSAT industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of extracting key information from complex environments.
  • Outstanding communication, EQ, and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with team members at different levels and backgrounds.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • High proficiency in English, with good business negotiation and communication skills.
