Leadership Development and Organisation Transformation

The role of Assistant Director is pivotal in driving leadership development and organisational transformation. Reporting to the Director of Workplace & Organisation Development Division, you will lead a team of L&OD officers to build a high-performing workforce, foster strong individual leaders, and co-drive continuous learning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage senior management and internal stakeholders to identify leadership development, organisation development, and functional skills development needs and priorities.
  • Offer OD consultancy to leaders, conduct effectiveness diagnosis on organisations and teams, and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and interventions.
  • Lead and work with other L&OD officers to design, plan, and deliver effective interventions and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience in leading and nurturing individuals and teams.
  • A strategic and dynamic leader with excellent stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills, good project and event management skills, and a strong interest in progressive practices and trends.
