Job Title: Strategic Leadership Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified educator to teach strategic management and leadership concepts to Chinese students in Singapore.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in teaching business and management subjects, with a strong understanding of UK-regulated diploma frameworks. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, guiding students through complex assignments and projects, and providing academic support and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic management and leadership content in-class, aligned with academic standards
  • Guide students on research-based assignments, case studies, and projects
  • Assess student work according to OTHM guidelines
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students
  • Maintain compliance with EduTrust and CPE standards (if applicable)
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or above in Business/Management
  • Minimum 3 years of tertiary-level teaching experience
  • Familiarity with UK-regulated qualifications (e.g. OTHM, ATHE)
  • Proficient in English (Mandarin is an asset)
  • Experience working with Chinese students preferred
