DESIGNATION : HRBP Support Executive, Food Services

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities
- Work with HRBP and support them in the delivery of HR services, advisory and initiatives.
- Work closely with line managers to improve the work environment, relationships and productivity.
- Work with HRBP to provide performance management guidance, coaching, and advisory to line managers to ensure an engaged workforce.
- Work with the talent acquisition in the recruitment of frontliners.
- Participate in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in HR.
- Working knowledge of employment law and other foreign labour requirements, where appropriate
- Good communication skills
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset.
