**Company Introduction**:
Singrow Pte Ltd is an Agri-tech start-up with own IP proprietary seedling and novel Agri-technologies farming spanning all aspects from breeding, cultivation, pollination, crop monitoring to harvesting (with AI-assisted robotics, IoT and data analytics). We develop vertical farming in neutralizing carbon footprint, year-round supply, premium taste, no pesticides and promoting socials.
We are looking for young talents who are passionate in innovating and disrupting the food supply chain with “locally produced fresh premium fruits and vegetables at consumer doorsteps”. If you’re up for it, lead teams, craft strategies or drive new initiatives. The sky’s the limit.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and service. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work closely with them to understand their needs and goals, and to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
**What you'll do**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and retention
- Understand customers' needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their desired outcomes
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products, and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and usage
- Manage customer accounts, including onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and managing renewals and upsells
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues and inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
**What you'll need**:
- Experience in Agriculture or related fields will be beneficial
- Strong self-initiative in problem-solving and ability to think strategically
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
