**Key Responsibilities**
Responsible for the purchasing and monitoring of inventory and supplies for the Singapore Sports Hub catering operations

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing and management of Purchase Orders to suppliers, follow-up on delivery schedules, and inventory control
- Inventory planning and control, expediting and follow-up on orders with suppliers
- Demand planning, stock replenishment planning, monitoring of forecast entered by Sales team
- highlight if the forecast vs actual variance is out too much
- Monitor warehouse storage space for optimum inventory and maintain minimum stock and at the same time keep stock at reasonable level
- Issue of Purchase Order with correct delivery, term and pricing
- Follow-up to ensure the best payment term is granted by manufacturers/ suppliers
- Check on orders process and schedules with suppliers, arrangement of shipment clearance for storage, etc.
- Perform Good Receive in assigned system and validate supplier invoices
- Negotiate with sales and suppliers, with input from SFS Procurement Team

**Key Requirements**
- At least Tertiary Degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a reputable University.
- 3-4 year relevant experiences
- Experience in F&B industry will be an advantage
- Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
