**We’re Hiring: Junior Purchaser**

Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual looking to start your career in procurement? Join our team as a Junior Purchaser and be a vital part of our purchasing operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Support**:

- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
- **Order Processing**:

- Help with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in negotiating with suppliers and managing purchase agreements.
- **Data Management**:

- Ensure accurate data entry in procurement systems.
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and inventory levels.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Capable of managing time effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement and work with a supportive team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
