**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly budget planning for department
- Tenancy and contract negotiations
- A&P planning with individual brands.
- Execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Setting KPI for department
- **Reviewing buying processes and approval for product mix for individual brands**:

- **Staff management with individual brands**:

- **Liaising with suppliers (local and international)**:

- Ensure that safety of department’s operations and welfare for both internal and external stakeholder are considered.
- Brand identity and brand positioning
- Brand sourcing and brand development to ensure department stays ahead of competition.
- Working with team on redesigning of company’s operational procedures**.**

**Requirement**
- **Min Diploma.**:

- **Min 2 years of working experience in the retail environment and management.**:

- Possess leadership skill and able to give trainings and coaching to staffs for sales purpose.
- Ensure the sales floor and retail operations of the store are in comply with companies’ policies and procedures.
