**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage Organisation-Wide Future Skilling & Programmes: Curate, design, and/or develop awareness and organisation-wide skilling programmes in the domain of Future Economy Skills, including but not limited to Sustainability - Environmental, Governance; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI); or Digital Fluency; drive org-wide rollout and change management, encourage programme take-up and participation.
- Manage Learner Communications & Campaigns: Drive lifelong learning culture through planning, designing, and executing broad-based and / or targeted learning campaigns, leveraging online learning resources, for the global workforce or specific segments as necessary. Guide the Learner Experience Team in responding to queries and feedback.
- Oversee E-Learning Design & Development: Propose new e-learning design and delivery formats based on research, for example adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) for learning. Partner the relevant internal line business units to appoint and manage the outsourced e-learning development provider, interfacing to provide learning structure and methodology as required. Where necessary, to deliver in-house design, development, and/or modification of level 1 and level 2 e-learning using Articulate Storyline.
- Oversee Compliance Training & Reporting: Work with the Learner Experience Team in monitoring and fine-tuning the delivery and administration of compliance training e-learning via the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Support the relevant internal line business units in updating the learning interventions as necessary. Automate the regular cadence of compliance reporting for increased accuracy and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), is preferred
- Diploma in Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), is ideal
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, for example MS Excel pivot table functions
- Experience with administrator functions of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
- Basic proficiency with e-learning development software, for example, Articulate Storyline, is ideal
- Possess positive customer-oriented service mindset - for handling internal customers / employees
- Intermediate business writing and/or design skills - for developing and handling learner communications
- Believes in lifelong learning - to champion org-wide skilling
- Collaboration in Teams - extensive coordination with internal business units & stakeholders, and external suppliers / vendors
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - to independently evaluate, analyse, and propose solutions for business challenges
