In your new role, you will:

- **Execute worldwide Governance and set direction **by standardized solutions & services for all Finished Goods (FG) Warehouses (Whs). Drive/manage or support interdisciplinary projects, provide consultancy within IFX and expertise for the area of Finished Goods distribution logistics
- **Global Governance of FG Warehouse Logistics processes **/definition of common standardized processes, procedures, guidelines (ensuring legal-compliance), KPI target setting and performance reviews, corrective actions, compliance to operational needs and the IFX profit target at best.
- **Drive global harmonization of respective processes **and services for customer distribution Logistics incl. operational routing standardization and global tools. FG WHs general alignments (of needs, concepts and general governance) with Divisions & intern. Dpts for operational admin topics.
- **FG WH LOG System Governance **with respect to representation of the processes as central business interface within Infineon (e.g. for Divisions, for all internal users and IT. Implement new business requirements, coordination for further development and Change Request Management.
- **Drive/ support interdisciplinary projects, **provide consultancy and expertise for respective process optimization as a project
- or SubTracklead for LOG or the area FG Logistics including alignment with IT for relevant IT-tools.
- **IT Tool biz owner and key counterpart **for IT for FG WHs processes. Drive Change Management globally for the functions in the respective line organizations together with the global GOV Team.
- **Keep qualifications & knowledge up to date. **Develop and provide new training / -concepts to regional key users, create appropriate training materials; review and improve existing training material and training approaches. Organize and conduct a training (support process and tool changes, enhancements) for relevant groups.
- **Develop and improve processes for FG Warehouse Logistics processes. **Derive and document Business Requirements Documentation / -specifications for IT on system enhancements
- **Act as the 1st level support for Regional Key Users **and drive the global Key User Community, address and control tool (performance)related issues and coordinate and perform testing activities and UATs.
- **Support NLoP Management **for FG Whs and drive the realization/implementation of decided measures

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelors Degree
- **At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience (in Logistics / FGWarehouse processes or equivalent function).**:

- **Supply chain process and tool knowledge**:Advanced (end-to-end)technical knowledge to be able to manage process improvements, enhancements, standardization, and automation with a good knowledge of relevant IT systems for a **global logistics operation (esp. SAP, ASSIST4, but also B2B standards) **, SAP processes and respective data flows, data sources and -management as well as a good understanding of Master Databases.
- **Understanding of Supply Chain interdependencies **considering global/local needs and requirements
- **Experience in process management in the area of logistics, knowledge of internal dependencies, and cross-organizational effects in the logistics execution**:

- Problem solving and innovation: Good analytical skills to anticipate or identify critical areas, to understand problems and opportunities within the functional area, to structure and define improvement measures to standardize and optimize respective processes, covering global and local needs
- **Ability to contribute to solution finding, process improvements, enhancements, standardization, and automation.**:

- Project Management skills and experience of collaboration incross-functional, global project teams - able to support/lead projects on a global basis.
- Good communication skills
