**Responsibilities**
- Work with team lead and local teams to strategise and prioritise localisation needs
- Create and structure a streamlined end-to-end process for localisation
- Performance tracking and moderation of social channels across all countries
- Manage and improve the internal an external quality assurance process
- Set goals and metrics, and report on localisation output quality and volume regularly
- Provide timely responses and actions to vendor and all localisation requests
- Communicate and illustrate workflow and quality concerns to stakeholders
- Deep diving into localisation processes for each country, optimising impact across each content that is created
- Work with localisation lead and cross team functions to refine and adapt local copies

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical domain knowledge (globalization, internationalization, localization)
- Knowledge of the full localization life cycle, best practices, and industry translation management systems
- Experience collaborating across the organization and a variety of teams, including global teams, markets, and diverse cultures
- A passion to scale processes and adapt to ongoing project needs
- Crypto native or keen interest in crypto is necessary
- Experienced in managing social channels is preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus
