In addition to game products such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse also launched the dynamic desktop software N0va Desktop, the community product HoYoLAB, and created a variety of products such as animations, comics, music, novels, and merchandise around our original creative concept.

HoYoverse is actively engaged in globalization, with offices in Singapore, Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Seoul, and other areas.

**What you will do**:
1.Manage the localization team and outsourcers to ensure the localization tasks are completed on time and on quality.

2.Seek,evaluate, and maintain partnership with external translation services, and manage the budget.

3. Work with the HR department to hire suitable translators.

4.Systematize and streamline the workflow based on actual demands (including but not limited to seeking better translation tools and assisting the developers in identifying localization requirements).

**What you will need**:
1.Understands the localization process and is familiar with localization tools; Experience in the game industry is preferred.

2.3+ years of experience in managing multilingual localization teams; experience in multinational management is preferred.

3.Fluency in English and Chinese is a must. Fluency also in other languages is preferred.

4.Possesses strong communication skills and can coordinate with multiple departments.

5.Can manage time well and work under pressure.

6.Loves to play video games; enthusiasm in anime is preferred.
