DESIGNATION : Executive (Administration) - KPT Business Support

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates day-to-day administrative functions with business partners, shared service centers and third party service providers (e.g. payroll, invoicing, insurance)
- Interfaces with government agencies on the administration of relevant policies
- Tracking and monitoring of performance metrics
- Administers license agreements, including termination and contract enforcement
- Performs cyclical and off-cycle invoicing
- Perform regular, ad hoc purchases and cost allocation
- Reconciles and monitors licensee sales and accounts receivable
- Responds to customer inquiries and feedback, including handling and qualifying incoming sales enquiries
- Clerical duties including, but not limited to maintaining data accuracy and completeness, filing, note-taking, meeting support, claims submission
- Month end inventory reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE "O" Level /Diploma
- Organized and meticulous
- Prior experience in the retail / service industry preferred, especially in food services
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Zendesk) will be an advantage
