**Personal Assistant to the Registrar**

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Registrar and the Deputy Registrar.
- Prepare and submit travel trip reports and expense claims for the Registrar and Deputy Registrar.
- Undertake such other work for the SIAC Secretariat and SIAC’s Overseas Offices as may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma in any field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous with strong administrative and coordination skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- A good team player who is able to work independently
