
HR Executive, Rewards Administration

The job incumbent will be responsible for the preparation and processing all rewards-related administration matters including monthly payroll and CPF submissions. He/She will produce HR reports for analysis and decision making as well as administer statutory reports and survey forms as required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full spectrum of Payroll processing in-compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
- Process and submit statutory claims and reports.
- Administer and process various staff benefits programs.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors on benefits administration matters including insurance renewals and reviews.
- Assist in annual rewards review programs.
- Attend to internal & external auditors’ queries relating to payroll and benefits administration.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR statistical reports.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in related discipline. Fresh graduates who are welcome to apply.
- Some experience in handling full spectrum of payroll processing and benefits administration will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, Income Tax and related legislations.
- Meticulous, analytical and self-motivated.
- Customer-focused mind-set and comfortable in interacting with people at all levels.
- Good communication skills.
