[What the role is]

We are looking for Senior Executive / Manager, Payments, Accounts Payable and Payroll, in the Finance and Asset Development cluster.

[What you will be working on]

Payment Roles
- Processing of invoices and other disbursements for payments.
- Processing of petty cash claims.
- Oversee and manage all payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with various departments to verify and approve payment requests.
- Implement and maintain robust payment controls and procedures.
- Assist in other accounting operation matters

Accounts Payable Management
- Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Review and approve Ad-Hoc Bank transactions (bank reconciliations).
- Review and approve vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Manage and submit statutory returns to relevant government agencies relating to Payment and Invoicing statistics.
- Liaise with external agencies and auditors as necessary.

Payroll Review and Processing
- Review and process payroll for specified entities in the MUIS Group.
- Verify payroll data, including deductions, and benefits for full-time and part time employees of specified entities of MUIS Group.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee records and payroll information.
- Submission of relevant payroll documents to VITAL
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other relevant payroll documents.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax and CPF regulations.

[What we are looking for]
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Prior experience in audit is advantageous
- Resourceful, energetic, proactive, result-oriented team player
- Strong thinking and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Possess good written, interpersonal and communication skills
