**Plant Construction Manager - EPC - (Pharma/Life Sciences/GMP/Cleanroom)**:
**Job Details & Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic Plant Construction Manager for a newly created role with a leading International EPC firm. The incumbent will spearhead site management activities for a monumental Pharma Project based in Singapore. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Project Head, will oversee all facets of construction and installation, ensuring the successful execution of the project. With numerous high-value projects on the horizon globally, this is permanent position that offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge Pharma endeavors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assume overall responsibility for site management during the construction and installation phases of the project.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Head to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Cleanroom standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to maintain project progress and quality standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record in Construction Site Management with a focus on Pharma & Life Sciences Projects.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale projects exceeding 300 million SGD in value.
- Experience in Food/Nutrition projects will be considered advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel as per project demands.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
