**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Create overall construction plan
- Overall responsibility for the site construction of the work including the management of all sub-contractors and suppliers and all internal and external interfaces
- Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
- Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
- Resolve discrepancies or technical conflicts, which may arise among consultants and contractors.
- Evaluate and assess the subcontractor's construction methodology and method statements for adequacy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the commercial team to clarify any pending issues regarding the construction
- Understand health, safety and environment (HSE) related guidelines
- Monitor construction quality
- Report progress against construction plan
- Involve in design, co-ordination and preparation of specification, submission and supervision of construction works for projects.
- Monitor and ensure working including those of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the specified requirements.
- Ensure that constructions works are executed and planned according to schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience of 15 years as a high level management of sub-contractors and suppliers and all internal and external interfaces, including design interface coordination.
- Preferably of 15 years’ experience in the planning and construction of water process plants and associated works.
- Preferably of experience in completion of 2-3 Water or Waste Water projects.
- Preferably with demonstrate high level of integrity, professionalism, and technical competency.
- Critical part planning, strategic planning, timeline management, multi-tasking.
