Coordinate site construction team activities and supervise field activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in preparation of, review and provide construction inputs and technical evaluation of Subcontract Requisition /specification documentation.
- Prepare schedules and supervise the completion of the final punch list.
- Ensure job site safety, safe work practices and rectify job site hazards once identified.
- Coordinate with Client and Operations team on preparation & execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities for the plant.
- Site management for construction activities e.g. Civil & Structural, etc.
- Liaise with local authorities on permitting process and ensure all applicable inspections are completed during the construction phase.
- Prepare and report weekly, Monthly reports & forecast project progress.
- Above 5 years of Construction Management experience in Civil Construction Projects in Singapore are preferable
- Degree in Construction Engineering/ Construction Management or a related Engineering discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of local Construction industry codes and regulations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) arrangements for project personnel/contractors.
