Job Title: Water Plant Project Manager

A seasoned Construction Manager is sought after to oversee the construction and commissioning of water treatment plants. This key role will work closely with the design team and contractors to ensure consistency in scheduling, cost controls, and quality assurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CRE in overseeing the construction and commissioning of water treatment plants.
  • Coordinate the work between the design team and contractors to ensure timely completion and compliance with contract specifications.
  • Review and update contractor schedules, ensuring all projects are on track and within budget.
  • Manage quality assurance and safety requirements, as well as site supervision teams.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in managing large construction projects, preferably in water treatment plant projects. A relevant engineering degree or certification is essential. Familiarity with Primavera P6 scheduling software would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess good supervisory skills and project experience in water treatment plant projects is highly desirable.
