Project Manager Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction and commissioning of our water treatment plant projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a high-profile project from start to finish.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Construction Director in overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Design Team and Contractors to ensure consistency in scheduling, cost controls, document management, and implementation of quality assurance programmes.
- Review and update the Contractor's schedules to reflect the status of all projects and cost status for all contracts.
- Manage the quality assurance and safety requirements, as well as supervise the Consultant's site team.
- At least 15 years of experience in construction, with at least 10 years in managing large-scale construction projects similar in size and complexity to water treatment plants.
- A relevant engineering degree or certification.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Excellent supervisory skills.
- Experience in water treatment plant projects is highly advantageous.
