Water and Wastewater Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Wastewater Project Manager to lead our project execution team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing water and wastewater treatment projects, with a strong focus on technical expertise and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project execution team to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Review customers' specifications, commercial/technical documents, and product requirements for projects.
  • Prepare drawing packages, equipment submittals, testing specifications, and other engineering documents.
  • Develop and implement project plans, execution plans, and look-ahead plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Evaluate vendors' proposals and monitor vendor progress to ensure compliance with project schedules.
  • Track and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Engage the project team to discuss progress, provide guidance, and facilitate job interfacing with various disciplines, procurement, and construction groups.
  • Conduct contract reviews, risk analysis, and contingency planning to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare project policies for quality and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer for water and wastewater treatment plants or EPC projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong organization, coordination, planning, and interface skills.
  • Able to adapt to tight deadlines and frequent changes in priorities.
