Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Treatment Specialist to lead our water treatment team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and implement effective water treatment processes that meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes developing and reviewing technical documents, such as P&IDs, PFDs, mass balances, hydraulic, and pressure drop calculations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and approving mechanical equipment data sheets, plant layouts, piping arrangements, and skid assembly drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement water treatment processes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and review technical documents, such as P&IDs, PFDs, mass balances, hydraulic, and pressure drop calculations.
  • Prepare and approve mechanical equipment data sheets, plant layouts, piping arrangements, and skid assembly drawings.
  • Ensure system designs meet contractual performance guarantees and safety standards.
  • Support procurement activities by preparing RFQs and addressing technical clarifications.
  • Draft functional descriptions, control philosophies, and commissioning procedures.
  • Participate in client meetings, HAZOP reviews, and factory acceptance tests.
  • Contribute to proposal reviews during bid preparation and support site commissioning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment process design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or in cross-functional teams.
