**Job Overview**
This role will be reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible in planning and arranging contracts for freelance staff.
- Source, plan and arrange freelance staff
- Provide administration support
- Prepare reports
- Assist in recruiting freelance staff
- Build and maintain good working rapport
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Tourism / Travel / Leisure studies or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent spoken English, good written communication skills
- Experience working towards achieving sales targets and team goals
- Able to work independently, pleasant, patience and able to work under pressure
- Strong inter-personal skills, self-driven
- Must be an excellent team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)
