The position offers a unique chance to work with a growing company developing its presence in China and beyond. As part of the local CSSD team based in Singapore, your responsibilities will include facilitating and advancing Sino-Singapore collaboration at a working level. You’ll also help identify and evaluate strategic opportunities and partnerships that are aligned with CSSD’s vision. What’s more, you’ll be instrumental in achieving KPIs for the “CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre” while promoting investment for SIP and all CSSD affiliated projects, both in and out of China.

CSSD (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 601512) is the joint-venture master developer set up by the governments of Singapore and China in August 1994. As the main urban developer and the platform for Sino-Singapore cooperation, CSSD has made great contributions to the development of Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) and functions as a trailblazer for facilitating mutually beneficial international economic cooperation. In 2019, CSSD was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
**About CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre Pte Ltd
In Singapore, as part of a strategic partnership with Singapore’s JTC Corporation, CSSD established a new wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore (“CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre Pte. Ltd”) which operates a co-working space cum incubator in the one-north district. IBCC primarily focuses on creating an dual way ecosystem for both inbound Chinese investments into Singapore and outbound Singapore-based tech companies planning to venture into the greater China market.
**Available Positions
**3 x Managers/ Senior Managers (Co-working Space Marketing / Operations)**
You will be part of the CSSD Singapore team, which is responsible for:
- Investment promotion for SIP and all CSSD affiliated projects (both in and out of China).
- Operating and achieving all KPIs for the “CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre”.
- Identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities/ partnerships that are aligned with CSSD and its main subsidiaries’ interest.
You will report to the Head of CSSD Singapore office.
**Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking space including space utilization, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Manage leases and contracts with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on space usage and member engagement.
- Foster a strong sense of community by developing relationships with tenants, hosting events, and fostering collaboration.
- Coordinate and oversee event planning and execution including marketing, logistics, and vendor management.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of the space and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on space utilization, financials, and tenant satisfaction.
- Manage budget and finances for coworking space.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Engage external stakeholders and communicate CSSD’s value proposition.
- Build partnerships and expand the CSSD ecosystem to generate meaningful collaborations and positive outcomes.
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing official delegation visits by government/ corporate visitors.
**Requirements / Key Attributes**:
1. Preferably Singaporean, Degree holder with minimum of 2 years working experience.
2. Preferably with experience managing operations in a coworking space or similar environment.
3. Strong organizational & project management skills.
4. Skilled in event planning and management.
5. Solid understanding of contracts and lease agreements.
6. Driven to provide excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction.
7. Experienced with community outreach and networking.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
10. Ideally some knowledge in designing marketing collaterals.
