Head of Digital Production

The people who make up the Digital team at Prodigious are best described as marketing omnivores - part technology, part content, part creative, part marketing art - and science. The Head of Digital Production is responsible for the leadership and development of the digital team and oversees the management of multiple projects ensuring delivery excellence within agreed deadlines and budgets. You are also responsible for driving new business opportunities within the digital landscape for the business.
As **Head of Digital Production**
- Responsible for implementing and managing complex digital projects
- Work collaboratively with the Publicis Groupe agencies and building strategic partnerships
- Manage, develop and build a digital team of designers, developers, project managers and producers
- Oversee workflow and ensure appropriate resources are available to expedite timely execution of digital projects, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources at all times
- Work closely with the Head of Technology to ensure multi-platform projects are delivered efficiently and smoothly
- Drive good digital design practice and competencies with the creative department in Prodigious and the Publicis Groupe agencies
- Keep abreast of new technology and digital solutions

As a **team leader**
- Identify and implement procedural improvements to the day-to-day operations of the digital team to improve and develop the effectiveness of the team
- Implement new working practices, tools and processes which enable the team to operate effectively
- Mentor and oversee growth of team members
- Ability to inspire and influence others and willingness to share your digital knowledge with others who are inexperienced in this area
- Contribute at all times to the ethos and spirit of the team, facilitating mutual respect and partnership

**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years experience in an interactive/integrated agency or equivalent in project management, managing teams
- A proven track record of delivery within a digital environment, including experience of successfully running large complex digital projects in a fast-paced environment
- A solid understanding of the complete project management lifecycle, from financial management to understanding the technical aspects of digital delivery
- Experience in production of project documentation such as sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, budgets and schedules
- A good understanding of current web technologies and feasibility within a digital environment
