
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans that lead to increased sales revenue and customer acquisition, including working with external vendors for partnerships and collaborations
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities to offer innovative solutions and services
- Monitor sales volume and revenue on a weekly basis and take corrective actions if required
- Engage and grow online audience through various platforms to increase brand awareness
- Handle sales enquiries and support work such as booking of schedules, quotations, and invoicing
- Prepare and upsell venue rental packages and provide pricing options to negotiate with clients
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Soft Skills:
- Strong value-based selling: Ability to communicate and sell based on the unique value proposition of our venue.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to expand business connections and foster collaborations.
- Experience on client Management (B2B and B2C): Adept at managing and nurturing relationships with both business-to-business and business-to-customer clients.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Negotiation & Persuasion Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms, closing deals, and persuading clients.
Hard Skills:
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Workspace and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience on using Qashier POS System and QLab is a plus
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
