The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the Program Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations, Google Cloud APAC. You will support this critical APAC leader with engagements related to the APAC Leadership Team, Strategic Initiatives across the region, and helping with Customer Engagements and Internal communications. In this role, you will ensure that the Strategy and Operations leadership team is able to have maximum impact by providing them with all the insights, information, and rhythm of business tracking required for quick and effective decision making. You'll work across all levels of Googlers, from executive leadership to the front, to drive alignment and execution on business goals.

You will be responsible for shaping the internal narrative and communications strategy that will align the Strategy and Operations function with the broader go-to-market team, and drive the Cloud Sales culture and values. You'll partner with People Operations and Culture teams to represent the community and positively impact how teams experience Google through DEI and culture efforts. You will help to drive our culture and alignment around our strategy and priorities. Finally you will ensure that all stakeholder engagement decisions are as per strategy and Regional Vice President and Directors are engaged and leveraged appropriately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage engagement and expectations with key internal stakeholders to anticipate business needs, resolve escalations, and maximize APAC representative of field/customer. Define and drive adoption for process improvement initiatives to ensure support readiness for GTM Sales teams.
- Manage sales programs to establish plans, milestones, and priorities. Communicate status, establish expectations on deliverables to stakeholders on a regular and timely manner.
- Lead special projects and execute analyses to develop recommendations and align on plan to execute and implement solutions. Integrate insightful instrumentation to programs to transparently show progress across the portfolio.
- Run the executive rhythm of business cadence and ensure follow-up actions for leadership meetings for Strategy Operations Leadership. Drive people and organizational initiatives for better collaboration within the organization.
- Drive operational work streams within Global Sales Strategy to a high standard and build repeatable processes.
