Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience leading technical teams on programs.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with mobile software development and test engineering, including scripting and debugging.
- Experience in the consumer/banking payments space.
- Understanding of the System/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage large multi-year efforts to achieve growth goals in the financial technology space. You will partner with Engineering, Product teams, and internal/external partners to land projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead complex and multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Lead software implementation projects including providing project management, creation, maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines/deliverables.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during design, implementation, and post-production.
- Work with external/internal partners on integration and product expansion opportunities.
- Partner in projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodology.
