Singapore Google Full time

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in content marketing production, communications, or publishing roles.

Preferred qualifications:

- Operations and planning experience, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build influence and navigate relationships across local and regional markets.
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of analytical reasoning, strategic mindset, and business acumen.

**About the job**:
Our marketing campaign projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As part of the Global Marketing team, you plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Google is at the forefront of a revolution in marketing — a shift from traditional ads to personalized, relevant, and engaging formats. Think with Google is the place where Google’s marketers share real-time insights, research, and perspectives on this evolving landscape with the industry. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and give marketers access to Google insights and perspectives that will change the way they do business.

As an Editorial Program Manager, you will manage our regional editorial operations and processes. Part managing editor, part digital producer, the Editorial Program Manager role sits at the center of Think with Google, to produce and deliver the highest quality final product for our users.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Marketers across product areas to gather and prioritize content proposals and manage content workstreams, while ensuring alignment to key narratives and business priorities.
- Own and manage monthly end-to-end editorial workflow and production trackers, ensuring timely publication of content to external audiences.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and cultivate relationships with Design, Editorial, Production, and Promotion teams. Assess and understand the needs and priorities of those teams, using creative problem-solving to innovate and adapt processes to best suit the business.
- Drive creation of project plans, timelines, resourcing proposals, budgets, change management plans, and communication strategies.

Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements. See also Google's EEO Policy and EEO is the Law.
