- Experience leading or directing projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.

- Experience taking an inclusion-first approach in projects and programs.
- Ability to take initiative in ambiguous environments, identify problems, and propose/execute solutions proactively.
- Knowledge of the education and skill building landscape, including talent development programs.

**About the job**:
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us — and we want Googlers to stay and grow when they join us. As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.

Engineering Education (engEDU) designs and runs programs that aim to improve access to and sense of belonging in computer science, expand representation of traditionally underrepresented groups in the Technology industry, and help adult learners and job seekers in developing digital and technical skills.

In this role, you will ensure the quality and success of the program in the market. You’ll oversee various track and profession programming, own operational workstreams that impact trainees and managers across all professions and sites, conduct special projects for the region, and partner closely with others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the quality and success of the Singapore traineeship programming.
- Oversee the operations and execute various program workstreams that support trainee lifecycle, impacting trainees across all Singapore sites, and streamlining where needed.
- Ensure an inclusive, equitable, and consistent experience for trainees and managers at each site.
- Understand and represent market/cultural needs and collaborate with global program counterparts to ensure infrastructure and programmatic elements are consistent.
- Establish effective relationships with a variety of cross-functional teams, align objectives, and provide clear communication.
