We are looking for an AR Executive to support our Finance department’s activities.

**1. Invoicing**
- Manage day-to-day billing requests and submitting them to the relevant parties
- Follow up on outstanding orders and documentation
- Provide update to stakeholders regarding the progress of billings

**2. **Reporting**
- Park journal accruals, prepayments & provisions in SAP
- Ensure schedules are accurately recorded and reconciled with systems
- Updating the order book

**3. Project Management**
- Issuance of purchase orders
- Ensure project costs and budgets are accounted accurately
- Manages logistics for customers
- Follow up on project status

**Job Requirements**:

- ITE or Diploma in Business Admin/Finance Management
- At least 2 - 3 years administration and finance experience in project control within the construction or engineering industry
- Meticulous and systematic in the daily work
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, sub-contractors and customers
- Fast learner and a great team player
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Able to start work within a short notice
- Must be able to commit one-year contract
