**About us**

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor system performance, track incidents, and proactively address potential issues.
- Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
- Support project team on DEV, SIT and UAT environment deployment and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with ITIL based Bank IT process, especially on incident, problem and change management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 years of Technical/Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.
- Good knowledge on Linux OS, Windows Server, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
- Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Excellent understanding of the CI/CD practice.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
- Experience working in a financial services institution with understanding of MAS technology risk requirements.
- Highly self-motivated to excel in assigned tasks and to deliver results for a digital bank.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Hands-on development experience is a plus.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
