**Purpose**
- Assist Head of Group Commercial & Supply Chain Sustainability Solutions to actively pursue and implement global strategy that promotes PSA’s Port+ growth in collaboration with our customers, PSA-BDP and PSA’s regions and terminals to be an enabler of global supply chain.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Port+ Excellence
- Support engagements with Regional Port+ Leads and PSA-BDP Product Leads to drive global Port+ products strategy and growth
- Co-ordinate resourcing support with internal stakeholders to accelerate Port+ product development
- Identify and share Port+ best practices for implementation across PSA’s regions and terminals
- Market Research & Analysis
- Business intelligence: Conduct market, customer and competitive research and analysis
- Utilize the research analysis and customer relationships to develop commercial strategies, identify opportunities and threats to growth
- Develop presentations for effective communication of key initiatives
- Global Stakeholder Management
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives to develop external stakeholders and customer relationships globally
- Support account planning and execution jointly with internal stakeholders
- Understand external stakeholders & PSA’s needs by working across business functions, ie. strategy, commercial, Port+, cargo solutions, operations, sustainability and technological needs

**Pre-requisites**
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management. Fresh grads welcome.
- Basic understanding of the various interactions amongst functional areas in shipping and port operations
- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities. Ability to understand business needs, identify opportunities and develop holistic and pragmatic solutions.
- Strong inter-personnel skills with ability to deal with all levels of external and internal stakeholders.
- Team player with proactive and result-oriented personality. Motivated self-starter, good articulation, enjoys challenges.
- Able to travel occasionally
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
