1) Ensure documentation of receiving and inspecting of all delivered POs to Warehouse matches with PO specifications. Document receipt of goods into MGR (master goods receiving register) for purchasing, asset and customer supplied materials in compliance to QMS procedures

2) To identify and report shortages, damages and other discrepancies from delivery documentations

3) Maintain Asset (rental) and Inventory (RM and consumables) records and files in accordance with QMS procedures, and prepares A&I reports.

4) Plan, coordinate and conduct periodic physical inventories counts; update records and generate final reports of inventory in accordance to QMS requirements

5) Formulate A&I system to analyzing movement of existing and new inventories/assets to aid in stocking forecast 6) Coordinate the transfer, sale or disposal of unused, depreciated, damaged or surplus inventory
and capital assets.

7) Working with Finance, to assure accuracy of Asset records and inventory control to the general ledger.

8) Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles including forklifts and pallet jack/stacker
