The Registries of Patents, Designs and Plant Varieties (PDPVP) supports IPOS’ vision by building and maintaining a top-ranked IP regime in the world. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital transformation and keen to contribute to IPOS’ efforts to ensuring a world-class IP regime.

**What you will be working on**
- Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in defining product roadmap and deliver new digital capabilities for the Registries’ IP transaction and processing system (“online IP platform”) which is mission-critical and key to driving and maintaining a top-ranked IP regime in Singapore;
2. Work as part of an Ops-Tech team from IPOS Registries and IT department to understand internal and external stakeholders’ needs and leverage on data and technology to meet those needs optimally in the online IP platform;
3. Establish and maintain positive engagement with stakeholders to drive change; and
4. Be engaged in/with the international IP office community and technology partners to identify best practices and opportunities to continuously develop the online IP platform.

**What we are looking for**
- Write to us if you have/are:
1. At least 5 years of work experience;
2. Educational qualifications preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering or equivalent;
3. Experience in managing or delivering product/system;
4. Experience in systems thinking, design thinking and user experience improvements;
5. Keen interest in technologies and standards for enhancing business operational efficiency and user experience;
6. Excellent written, analytical and planning skills;
7. Self-motivated, proactive and able to multi-task;
8. Able to work well independently and within a team;
9. Good to have experience or knowledge in the following areas: data processing (using Python, Excel VBA and/or SQL), API, AI/machine learning, natural language processing.
