Engage and partner with clients at an executive level to develop strategic alliance and sell Strategic Solutions and Service engagements culminating in large and long-term contracts.
- Drive revenue growth through identification and development of Solutions, Services and Consulting opportunities in APAC
- Sell and deliver Solutions that also leverage OBS’s Solutions and Professional Services capabilities
- Development of Solutions, Consulting and Service opportunities in existing and new logo accounts
- Manages the Sales Pipeline and plans/ manage resource requirements to deliver the Soluition and Services proposed to the client
- Ensure OBS targets for Order Book and Revenue are met and Cx is maintained for all Projects delivered to the customer
- Refocus clients on their core business, thus positioning cost effectiveness and value add of Orange Solutions and Services to meeting their business needs and supplement internal processes and resources
- Growth of Solutions and Services/ Consultancy engagement in the region
Manage all aspects of assigned client Solutions Project(s) providing overall leadership and quality
- responsibility for ensuring overall client Solution Project satisfaction and managing client expectations
- proactively develop project plans and project risk mitigation strategies
- Executing profitable Solutions Projects
Selling and Delivering multi-million large Complex SI Projects that have Product and Consulting Services complexity and ensure replicable models are built and captured in a KB repository
Signs off on client Solutions and Services proposals
- Ensures Orange P&L objectives are met
- Leadership and development of Teams
- Leader cross functions teams comprising of Domains/ BUs, Services and Billable consultants
- Supervises client satisfaction regarding work achieved by team(s)
- Ensuring High NPS/ C-SAT
**about you**:
Strategic Projects:
- Personal and team target to be set by management which will be based on Revenue, Order Book and Profitability in line with APAC region Strategic Projects specific requirements.
- ForecastSolutions and Services revenue on a monthly basis, track and manage revenue recognized and costs incurred by the Solutions and Services management code.
Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance, mentoring and training to cross-functional Solutions and Services staff
- May be required to directly manage all aspects of a client project (or projects) providing overall leadership and quality management (i.e. first-line manager).
- Provide administrative management for the Strategic Projects Solutions and Services team capturing all project staff time/expense (T&E) approvals and performance evaluations reported in OBS systems.
- Manage project specific technical teams as required to deliver the Solutions and Services
