Verify supplier invoices
- Prepare GIRO payment for supplier, staff claim and petty cash
- Work closely with project department to follow up the project status.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Perform data entry into accounting system
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentations for audit
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
**Job Requirements**
**- **Min. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately or short notice.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting/Finance or any relevant field: 1 year (preferred)
