**Job Descriptions**
**Administrative Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned
**Accounting Duties**:
- Handle full set of accounts
- Assist in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, GST & General Ledger
- Liaise with external auditors on audit schedule preparation and audit queries
- Data entry and filing of accounting documents
- Perform data entry into accounting software (e.g. Autocount)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Min. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately or short notice.
Working Location: West
5-day work week
Salary - $ 1,800 - $ 3,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting/Finance or any relevant field: 1 year (preferred)
