As a Senior Conference Producer at IMAPAC, you'll assume a pivotal role in our B2B conference production process, leveraging your extensive experience to drive our events to unprecedented heights of success. You will lead a team and orchestrate the seamless execution of conferences that shape the future of the biopharmaceutical industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research important life science industry topics and keep up to date with industry trends to ensure streams of content are relevant to our audience.
- Identify and recruit appropriate senior-level speakers through research, networking, and existing contacts to achieve your target requirements.
- Identify and recruit high quality industry figures who will be able to chair the conference and moderate panel discussions/roundtable discussions.
- Support the marketing and contents teams to develop relationships and identify influential industry associations and other possible media partners.
- Liaise with the sponsors regarding the speakers they are providing as part of their packages and ensure required quality of these speakers
- Speaker contact database management, list management, and development with the support of lead researcher team.
- Proofreading and making necessary amendments to conference programmes on all printed literature and online materials (conference brochures, post-event reports, etc.)
- Manage speaker budgets, including speaker fees and expenses

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ Conference Production experience or relevant transferable skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution.
- Ability to write commercially attractive and industry accurate Conference Agenda
- Excellent networking and information gathering abilities as well as meticulous
- Engaging, professional, and diplomatic demeanour
- Comfortable conducting regular phone calls and face-to-face meetings with C-suite executives
- Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Self-disciplined and able to work both independently and as part of a team adhering to time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficient at multi-tasking, working on more than one project at a time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
