**We are expanding Be part of Singapore’s most exciting bakery restaurant group Be part of the creative team that help bring exciting culinary events and collaborations to life**

**Remuneration will also commensurate with experience**

**(This is a commissionable sales role)**

**Responsibilities**
- Client Account Management and Servicing
- Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
- Attending to potential sales enquiries and closing sales
- Establish and looking for new sales opportunities using various sales channel
- Crafting of Proposals and Quotation; Assist clients in menu selection and proposal
- Brainstorming, Event Conceptualisation and Implementation
- On-site project operation set-up and management of part-timers where required
- Coordinate with internal production team to ensure smooth execution of catering and events
- Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions
- Any other duties as assigned by the Company

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of sales or business development experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality experience
- Self-disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency to complete task on time
- Able to multi-task & work independently under a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
- Out-going, extremely self-motivated, meticulous, creative and sales driven
- Able to work in a KPI-driven environment
- Ability to work in accordance to event schedules when needed
