Zoom is growing rapidly throughout Asia-Pacific and establishing Field Marketing best practices in the APAC region. The
_Regional Marketing Manager - Massmarket_ will be responsible for driving marketing programs that grow awareness and generate leads for our Massmarket segment which includes Small and Medium Businesses. This person will expand existing programs into these segments as well as create new tailored programs designed for the specific needs and cultures of these important markets. This role is based in Singapore and will focus on the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build out the strategy and marketing programs to drive demand and generate leads for the Massmarket segment with an emphasis on digital and scale.
- Work collaboratively with regional sales leaders to develop and implement marketing plans that support sales pipeline goals. Measure progress to goals.
- Localize and scale campaigns working with marketing counterparts in our central teams.
- Execute Zoom’s Massmarket focused field marketing activities in the region in collaboration with local Field Marketing Managers.
- Responsible for working with Zoom’s customers for various customer advocacy projects.
- Set scalable processes and systems as marketing continues to expand in APAC.
- Manage agency relationships and projects through agencies.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in the B2B software industry
- Marketing event management experience, both online and offline
- Budget development and management skills
- Exceptional project management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and contribute to cross-functional global teams
- Comfortable driving customer advocacy and working directly with Zoom customers large and small
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels
