
Sales & Business Development Manager (Lighting)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented **Sales Manager** to support the growth of our business across key markets. This role will focus on managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, particularly in the **lighting-related project space**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute sales plans in alignment with broader company objectives to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in lighting, working closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and tender submissions to win business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, while expanding the customer base.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product development, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to senior management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the lighting industry or project-based B2B sales.
- Strong track record in managing key accounts and winning project-based deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
