**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible to compile, analyze data to identify initiatives or areas to improve operational performance, cost savings and productivity.
- Able to support and develop Ops instruction or SOPs to guide employee on the internal ops process and responsibilities for staff operating in the cookhouse.
- Plan and support Ops training programs and review Ops related SOPs for all cookhouses.
- Develop plans and implement ops process improvements initiatives with Ops Manager to manage project implementation schedules.
- Monitor and track cookhouses assets, usage and equipment serviceability/maintenance when needed.
- Maintain clear understanding of operational matters to facilitate covering duties.
- Assist and coordinate core planning meetings with stakeholders and track issues till completion.
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support Ops Team in managing and monitoring overall daily catering operations and at times during emergencies when required.
- Support Ops team in other adhoc tasking or projects when needed.

IT Related System Management
- Supervise and train staff in project implementation (when necessary).
- Monitor & manage SAP system and track MIGO transactions through the SAP/S4 HANA system.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma preferred
- Motivated, meticulous, result orientated, resourceful and problem solver
- Preferably someone that have worked in food industry
- Competent and experienced in Excel, Power BI, MS Office and SAP
