Jurong East, Singapore ERS SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE LTD Full time

Reporting to the Managing Director. You will manage the full spectrum of back-end support functions, including recruitment, day-to-day operations of the office. This includes liaising with different stakeholders like management, customers and suppliers. You will also be tasked to plan on operation scheduling and delegation of duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing daily administrative support for the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Delivering client-focused solutions based on customers’ needs and insights.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Managing Director.
- Planning out schedule for operation team to carry out their work efficiently
- Recommending creative ways to improve existing methods that increase administrative efficiencies

**Requirements**:
Possess at least ‘O’ level or ‘N’ Level certification

Ability to work independently

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Strong organisation and excel skill

Having a sense of urgency, ability to multi task and a good team player Ability to see what is relevant, prioritize important task

Able to start work in short notice

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
