Support the full cycle of recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding and confirmation.
- Prepare HR letters for employees and ensure updated employee files.
- Coordinate with the worker’s accommodation and process monthly rental payment.
- Verify timesheet for accurate payroll processing and ensure monthly payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
- Liaise with external vendors to conduct training for employees.
- Handle work injury claims with the insurer and relevant reporting to MOM.
- Prepare monthly manpower and HR related reports.
- Support on administrative works.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties and assignments.
- Minimum at least 2 years of working experience; prior experience in recruitment fields or HR roles will have an advantage.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently.
