- Manage all HR-related tasks, such as payroll, CPF, IRAS, CCL NS claim submission, etc.
- Participate in hiring and selection processes, such as creating job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
- Support the fast, seamless, and effective completion of all daily HR operational procedures, such as contract issuance and renewal, employee confirmation, termination, leave management, insurance claims management, and employee onboarding management.
- To ensure accurate reporting, keep a reliable HR database and current employee records.
- Verify that HR policies adhere to current government regulations and the Employment Act.

**Admin**:

- Communicate with the forwarder to schedule the shipment and submit the necessary paperwork.
- The renewal of worker, business, and auto insurance
- Oversee pantry supplies and office stationery.
- Keep track of office equipment inventory and manage office equipment maintenance contracts (e.g. printer, air-conditioner, water dispenser, etc.)
- Update the TT allocation, petty cash record, and bank record.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources duties including Payroll and relevant admin duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
