**The Role**:

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Design and deliver the selection strategy for each role/programme recruited and agree the recruitment strategy with Campus Operations Manager and Regional Head of Campus Recruitment
- Work with Campus Operations Manager to understand graduate demand and business requirements
- Partner with Events & Engagement Lead to plan and execute recruitment events, building a strong brand presence for the client to attract junior talents
- Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process utilizing the assessment tools
- Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and internal key stakeholders. Manage issues, escalating to Campus Operations Manager as required.
- Recruitment system kept up to date in an accurate and timely manner. Produce reporting and perform data analysis for season review
- Identify areas of process improvement by running debrief sessions post-recruitment and make recommendations to the Camus Operations Manager
- Client Satisfaction targets achieved and excelled
**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end campus recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
- Experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within volume campaigns in a Campus Recruiting environment will be a plus
- Experience in the Banking Industry/Financial services will be an advantage
- Highly organized with proven project management skills. Enjoys planning and making improvements boosting ROI and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and hiring decisions, skilled at finding a solution to a wide range of situations.
- Agility working in a fast-moving and vibrant setting, and in a highly mobilised team
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries is a mandatory requirement, in case you don't possess this, AMS will fund the certification.
